City Barbecue Beef Brisket Sandwich
There's a lot of things I haven't done a lot of things in life. One of them is goes to a place called City Barbecue, a restaurant chain that's been around for a while. Another of those things I've never done is eat a brisket sandwich. So when a City Barbecue opened in my area, my curiosity was piqued. And when I saw they had a brisket sandwich on the menu, my interest was piqued even more. The sandwich is a rather simple creation. It's big pieces of beef brisket and a bun. You get the option of whether or not you want sauce, which I passed on this trip so I could appreciate the taste of the meat. And appreciate it I did. The brisket had a number of facets. First, there's the texture was good. Texture is something I tend to be finicky about and this sandwich got it right. Also, it's so tender that it falls apart to the touch.
